Skeleton leaf

I have an tank set up with aquatic plants. There shouldn’t be anything living in it, but there’s these little things that I almost think are sand, but they’re moving funny so I don’t just think it’s the water flow. And now half of the leaf on one of my plants is a skeleton, like all the cells are gone- just the veins. How do I fix this without having to remove all the plants? submitted by /u/ExtraterrestrlaI
