Water testing/ recommendations for burnt plants

Hey all. I’m pretty new to Aquaponics and it was going well for the fist 6 months but now my plants are all looking”burnt”

I have read in the manual I have about Calcium, Potassium and Iron but I feel like I’ve been just blindly adding these chemicals and I would love to know how to test for them in my water and what levels are ideal. I’ve done some rudimentary googling but and not finding exactly what I’m looking for.

Pictures of my nasturtium which is about a year old, and some new Tulsi seedling that sprouted about two weeks ago but is totally fried (I’ve been through this sprouting and dying cycle 3 times now)

My fish are doing fine with their water atm.

Thanks for any help! 🌱 submitted by /u/Margarita_8104
